Welcome to Alta Mar Rentals Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our jet ski rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID and a boating license if required by Florida law. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made online or by phone at 305-954-5933.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.

3. Safety and Liability

Life jackets must be worn at all times.
Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment.
Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
All riders must sign a liability waiver before rental.

4. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Damages and Lost Equipment

You agree to pay for any damage to equipment, lost items, or violations of rental terms.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
